Separation and divorce can be one of the most difficult and challenging transitions to experience. Navigating through the varying emotions, figuring out how to co-parent and recreating your life can be daunting.

Despite the difficulties, this can also be a time of growth and opportunity. Join Registered Clinical Counsellor, Laurie Moniz, and Family Mediator, Liza Miles, for a 6 week program to develop skills and learn strategies to redefine your relationship with your ex-partner.

In the group you will:
• Learn strategies to communicate effectively
• Understand your conflict
• Build a successful co-parent relationship
• Effectively deal with complex relationship dynamics
